The Overpass Problem

Interstate I-81 in Syracuse has a distinct history that transformed its environment around it. Today, the overpass creates a siphon as it splits through the heart of the city. My thesis concentrates on the story of Syracuse and its relationship to the overpass. It will analyze the changes in demographics and looks at comparisons through before and after views.
